What is Fall Retreat?
Fall Retreat is a fun-filled weekend providing the chance to get off campus–maybe for the first time in the semester! We'll gather several times for large group worship where you will be challenged to go deeper in your relationship with God through heart-probing messages and time to connect with God in worship. There's also lots of time for fun, connection with community, and making new friends.

What happens at Fall Retreat?
Fall Retreat is kind of like everything you love about your InterVarsity chapter combined in one awesome weekend. We'll have a lot of time for fun - with some organized games, a lounge for low-key hanging out, and lots of space for free time and activities like hiking, canoeing, and archery tag (yes, you read that right). You'll have plenty of time to connect with others and deepen or begin friendships. And we'll encounter God together through worship, small group discussion times, and by hearing good teaching. We'll get you home on Sunday with plenty of time to do any leftover homework. We hope you'll join us at Fall Retreat!

Where is Fall Retreat?

Camp Wartburg is a retreat center and camp facility for youth, adults, and families of all backgrounds to encounter God's creation through activities devoted to the body, mind, and spirit. It is an appealing, low-key, and safe place - a welcome natural setting for new and unique adventures and moments of prayerful reflection. Camp Wartburg is located in Waterloo, IL about 30 minutes south of St. Louis.
Camp Wartburg has nice, modern facilities and large grounds with plenty of access for both outdoor and indoor facilities. We will be sleeping in large 'camp' style rooms that will contain people from your campus and several other campuses attending. |
